Booking Fee and Cancellation Policy

A non-refundable $50 booking fee will be required for all bookings (excluding consultations and follow-ups).
 
If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled by you outside the 24 hours before your appointment time, the $50 will be forfeited. If you do not show up to your appointment, the $50 booking fee will be forfeited.
 
We understand that life situations do not go as planned, so if you think you will be late for your appointment please let us know as soon as possible. My appointments are usually booked back-to-back. Being late may reduce your appointment time and we may not be able to go ahead as planned. Please be mindful of clients booked in after your appointment too.
 
If you cancel or reschedule your appointment and notify us within the 48-hour timeframe the $50 booking fee can be used towards your next booking.
